Pakistan floods and BBC

I'm fed up with BBC's lamentations about Pakistan floods and the terrible "humanitarian catastrophe". They've  brought it upon themselves.  If Pakistan instead of spending billions on its nuclear weapons program directed a little bit of it on flood defences . . . I wouldn't be donating a single penny to Pakistan. I think it's not my job to fund Pakistan's nuclear program.
