It is interesting that when I met Baroness Wilcox at then Department for Business Innovation and Skills to discuss intellectual property with her, she also didn't have a very high opinion of him. When she realised that I'm from Russia she told me that if Putin will continue as president the life in Russia would become "interesting". It appears the lady was a good prophet.
