It will last us a couple of weeks. We had it yesterday and today, the rest I put into freezer and we will use it from time to time. I'll take turkey sandwiches to work as lunch.

Thats why i stop eating any turkey while before Christmas:) Last year we had a huge bird, and i've got bored by it just before NY :)

Just two of us in the house. Next Christmas I'll take this turkey to our daughter and son-in-law. They have two kids (boys) who are always hungry.
